Data we collect

Account data: your name and email address.

Profile data: display name, bio, avatar image and the blocks you add to your public page.

Short links: the destination URL, the short code and the optional title.

Usage and analytics: when someone visits a profile or uses a short link, we record the IP address, an estimated country/region/city, the browser or device type and the referring page, to provide you with statistics.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; we only keep customer and subscription identifiers to manage your plan.

Purposes and legal basis

To provide the service and manage your account and subscription (performance of a contract).

To produce click and visit statistics and to protect the service against abuse and fraud (legitimate interest).

To send you essential emails, such as account verification or important notices (performance of a contract).

Where applicable, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Providers and third parties

To run the service we work with providers acting as data processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (cache), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), UploadThing (image storage) and Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam protection).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, appropriate safeguards apply (for example, standard contractual clauses).

Retention

We keep your data while you have an active account. If you delete it, we erase or anonymise your personal data, except for what we must keep to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@misenlac.es.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
