The service

misenlac.es lets you create a public links page (your portfolio) and shorten URLs on mnlc.es with usage statistics.

Your account

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your password secure. You must be of legal age or have the necessary authorisation.

You must provide accurate information and a valid email address, which you will need to verify.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Short links may not point to malware, phishing, spam, child sexual content, or material that incites hatred or violence.

We reserve the right to disable links, profiles or accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and payments

Acortador Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) handled through Stripe.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it from the customer portal.

When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable advance notice.

As this is a digital service with immediate access, by subscribing you request that it start immediately; except as provided by applicable consumer law, periods already started are not refunded.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun.

The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that, upon purchasing a subscription and commencement of performance of the service (including any free trial period), they request immediate access to the digital content and therefore definitively forfeit their 14-day right of withdrawal.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the service.

The misenlac.es brand, software and design belong to us.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions, maintenance or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts that apply under the relevant regulations.
